I am never at home, where I can collect the parcel?
Please always choose an address where there is somebody who can collect and sign for your parcel, parcel is discreet so you can ask to deliver to your neighbours, parents, local pub, work ... or put the address of the courier depot:

Remember that the address is printed automatically as you wrote it, once your package has left you will receive an email with the details of the service and tracking instructions. It is not possible that the Courier will call to arrange the delivery, there must be someone at the address you provided.

What happens if I do not get the package?
You have to contact the courier and arrange delivery and if not possible you are required to contact us within 7 days. If parcel comes back to us, If we have been informed and we know it is a courier problem, we ship again in all other case you have to pay shipping costs.

Compensation for Delays
Whilst we do use reliable and known shipping companies, delays can occur during the journey. Our liability regarding this issue, is limited to shipping costs that we will refund with a voucher when there is a delay of over 8 days.
